I've no idea how much money it cost to make and no interest right now in looking it up, but it looks pricey to me, and while there are all sorts of little details in the set dressing here as well, they are overpowered by a great attention to atmosphere.

I watched it in any case, after reading the plot elsewhere, it's an ok movie but I'm pretty sure there a scene in the 'meat locker' involving a saw that was cut on this copy, other than that not too bad.

The main characters who fall victim to a determined group of hard core Nazis are an unpleasant bunch, and make their gory final moments on Earth somewhat well deserved.
The female lead puts up with an awful lot, with a spectacular and well drawn out climax. Worthy of the 5 stars I give it.
