Overall, it looked more like a newspaper template one can find online rather than an actual article. The article names a Ruth Blackwell as the killer and James Blackwell as her husband.

The name James Blackwell also got a hit in the census, that of a 27 year old black male living in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife—also Ruth Blackwell—a 23 year old black female.
